The Mr. Coffee programmable coffee maker has a feature called "DelayBrew" (delayed preparation) that allows users to program the machine to prepare coffee at a later time within a 24 hour period. This is a useful feature for people who, for example, do not have time to make coffeeand expect to be ready in the morning.

instructions

1
Set the clock on the appliance with the current time separately holding down the buttons "Hour" (time) and "Minute" (minute) to change numbers to the correct hour and minute. If the time is after noon, the clock will display a symbol "PM".

2
Press the button "Set Delay" (delayed schedule), then press the buttons"Hour" (time) and "Minute" (minute) to set the time you want to startbrewing.

3
Add water and ground coffee to the pot as you normally do.

4
Press the "Delay Brew" (delayed preparation). This will turn on the indicator light "Delay" (delay) of the brewer.

5
Press the "Off" (Off) if you need to cancel a "Delay Brew" (delayedpreparation).

Step 2. Needs to say press set display button at the same time as choosing the hour and minutes you want it to start brewing. Works great, thanks!

You use the set delay to pick the time and the brown light will flash. Then you click the select/off button twice thus setting the delay brew for the next day. The brown light should now stay on. Hope this helps. If not the mrcoffee website has every manual on it.

Try pressing the "Off/Brew Now Button". Make sure the little brew timer at the bottom display is not showing. I had the same problem and just started pressing buttons until I realized that was the problem.

After you select the delay hour and minutes press the "select/off" button, it will lit the green light and if you press again it will lit the orange light for delay brew and it will stay on. It will start brewing at the set time

In order to set the delay brew and for it to actually brew at the set time, you need to push the select button twice and the yellow "delay brew" light will come on....Thanks

I just bought a new mr coffee optimal brewing 10 cups, and have a problem, after setting the time, the clock moves too slowly ( for example if i set it now at 4:30, after one hour it will be 5:10.
I'm a little bit confused and have no idea to fix that ?
